WHATEVER the 2010 Budget may mean to others, the poor suffering lower-rung pensioners, most of whom may well be in the last stages of their lives will certainly feel completely ignored.I strongly suggest that as a humanitarian gesture for these poor pensioners who are drawing RM1,000 pension and less be given an increase of at least 30% to enable them to manage the financial burden of their daily living...
